Our online store is available in NZ and some overseas countries at this stage, but with all your support we hope we will be able to ship all over the world too.

Shipping within NZ is $10 for all orders under $150. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding oversized items). 

All packages are sent with signature required, but please add “authority to leave” in the additional information box at check out, to allow courier to leave it at your door (or recommended spot at the delivery address

• All orders will be shipped within 48 hours or receiving your order unless otherwise specified. 

• We do not ship orders out on weekends or public holidays. 

• All orders are sent via tracked courier. 

• We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays.

• Please use the tracking link provided to track your parcel.

Note that pre-order items will be shipped within the allocated time frame and any delays will be communicated to you. 

• Please, take your time to place your order as we do not offer a refund or an exchange for change of mind due to the nature of our product, unless faulty (ripped).

• All items purchased on sale cannot be returned. 

If your goods are damaged or faulty please contact us on support@thebendiwrap.nz  within 5 days of receiving your parcel, so we can discuss with you the details of our procedure for returning your products.
